BLESSINGS BY THE BOX— ANGEL FOOD begins at St. Margaret’s February  27, 2010:

Angel Food ministries is a nationwide, non-profit food relief program that provides quality foods on a monthly basis to families, individuals and seniors in need.

Our inaugural distribution day will be Saturday, February 27.

We have numerous ongoing volunteer opportunities, especially for the Saturday distribution days (which are generally from 7 AM-Noon the 4^th Saturday of each month), including greeters, check-in, “valets” to escort the clients and help to pick up the food items for each order, volunteers to help keep the food items well-stocked, check-out, set up and clean up, and more—you can work a full morning or a portion of the morning—

whatever works best for you!

If you would like to help, we would love to have you join the Angel Food “Team.”

Look for the sign-up sheet in the courtyard and keep watch for a volunteer information meeting early in February.  For more information, please contact Program Coordinator,
